“I got really interested in the medical side of the game when I was injured as a player. Mainly because I got a lot of injuries and had about 17 operations! I spent so much time with Jim McGregor, the United physio, that he educated me. It got to the point that he was setting me homework! But I was so bored, it was good learning about how muscles work.”
